All products of Serdiya Six A/C Showroom are carefully handcrafted by expert karigars and go through strict quality checks before dispatch. Since each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur compared to product images. These are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
The order was damaged in transit.
The order was incorrect (wrong product received).
✅ In such cases, the product must be returned exactly as received, in its original packaging, unworn, and with barcode intact.
Once the product is received back and passes our quality check, we will:
Replace it with a new product, OR
If the replacement is unavailable, issue a full refund.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days after successful quality check of the returned product.
Depending on the payment method and bank, the refund may take up to a maximum of 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your provided bank/UPI details.
Notify Us
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any return/exchange request.
Email us at support@serdiya.shop with your order details and reason for return.
Approval
All return/exchange requests are subject to approval by our Quality Check Team.
Reverse Pick-up
Once approved, we will arrange for the return pick-up.
For exchange requests due to size issues (rings, bangles, etc.), an additional ₹250 shipping charge will apply (for pick-up and re-dispatch).
Dispatch of Replacement
After receiving and approving the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement product.
If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable / Not Eligible for Returns
The following cases do not qualify for refunds or exchanges:
Package lost in shipment.
Package refused by recipient.
Used or damaged products returned.
Size-related returns (please check size guides before purchase).
Incorrect delivery address provided.
Jewellery that is not faulty or damaged.
Minor variations in colour/design (as all products are handcrafted).
More than 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
Barcode missing, removed, or damaged.
